About

I am starting this on July 7, 2008. The first documents I'm posting for sharing and commenting are statements from participants in a WPA 2008 (Denver) Roundtable session, Friday, July 11, 2:45. I'll keep this open during and after the session, too, as a way to see if we might generate some discussion. And if now, why not? Or how?

This is an experiment.  How might our professional community (community of practice or knowledge community) use this kind of tool?  CommentPress is an open-source tool that enables comment on work in progress.  Some early uses of this have been as a form of "peer-review" on a book manuscript.  But it might also be a way to generate some conversation about a particular issue or theme.

The TOC on the left lists statements from four of the five participants in the Roundtable. Click on the title at the left to see the statement and to see the opportunity for commenting.
