1. Use the discussion in the 1999 Writing Program Administrators ("WPA") Conference sessions to get responses to the various issues that will be raised, then blend these response in with those from the Computers & Writing Conference and our own online discussions.
2. By the end of the summer have the Steering Committee (or its delegates) prepare a REVISED and FINISHED document that can be published in the WPA journal; we can request feedback from that draft.
3. Possibly revise in light of WPA journal feedback and give that version to the WPA Executive Committee for approval at the 2000 Conference on College Composition and Communication.
4. Have any later changes to the document follow regular WPA procedures.
